Silver level support includes access to Ryarc’s comprehensive support help library, FAQs, knowledge base, release wiki which include download links to Ryarc software and updates. Silver support also includes access to support forum where clients can browse information posted in the threads and topics or post specific issue that they need help with. Silver level support is meant for customers having outright purchase licenses of Ryarc software without an active maintenance contract. 

Gold level support includes personalised one to one support by our team over chat, email, phone and also remote access to client machines for installation or trouble shooting assistance apart from access to Ryarc’s comprehensive support help library, FAQs, knowledge base, release wiki which include download links to Ryarc software and updates and Support forum. Gold level support is available to all clients having an active annual maintenance contract.

Platinum support includes free upgrades to latest version of Ryarc CampaignManager suite and personalised one to one priority support by our team over chat, email, phone and also remote access to client machines for installation or trouble shooting assistance. Platinum customers also have access to Ryarc’s comprehensive support help library, FAQs, knowledge base, release wiki which include download links to Ryarc software and updates and Support forum. Platinum support is available to all clients having a SaaS or Continuous Service subscription for any of Ryarc products.
